- What is the statue of limitation on a lawsuit against a house insurance company?
hdhoney03 asked: We had a house fire that was declared accidental by the fire marshal but the insurance investigator said it wasnt. So they refused to pay out. How long do i have to file a lawsuit against them? This is in the state of Ohio.
